Who is Tatiana, and what does UnBlook do?
I'm Tatiana, founder of UnBlook. I help non-technical small business owners and teams implement AI strategically. Without the jargon, without the overwhelm.
I didn't come from a tech background. I learned AI the hard way: through trial and error, late nights, and a lot of "why isn't this working?" moments. Now I translate that experience into practical, hands-on training that actually makes sense for busy business owners.
UnBlook exists because small businesses don't get the same support as big corporations. While enterprises have dedicated AI teams and customer success managers, small business owners are left to figure it out alone. That's not fair and that's what I'm here to change.
What makes your approach to AI training different?
Three things:
Done-WITH-you, not done-FOR-you. I don't just hand you templates or show you what to do. We build your AI systems together, live, so you understand the process and can replicate it yourself.
No jargon, no tech overwhelm. I speak your language. If you can send an email and use WhatsApp, you can master AI with the right guidance.
Strategic implementation, not random tips. I don't teach "10 ChatGPT hacks." I teach you how to identify WHAT to automate, HOW to maintain control, and WHERE to focus for maximum impact in YOUR specific business.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. My clients include coaches, consultants, construction services, and small business owners who describe themselves as "not tech people."
I've been where you are. When I moved to Ireland 12 years ago, I couldn't even speak English properly, let alone navigate complex technology. But I learned that AI success isn't about being technical. It's about asking the right questions and knowing what to automate.

Personalised AI Training Plan (from €1,300) – For business owners who want deeper AI implementation beyond building one Custom GPT. This fully customised programme includes up to 4 weeks of hands-on support, multiple Custom GPTs, and extended strategic guidance tailored to your specific business needs. Investment and structure are determined based on your goals.
Team AI Training – For small teams (2-10 people) who want to implement AI together across their business. Custom curriculum, live workshops, and implementation support. Investment starts at €2,400.

Do you offer free consultations or strategy calls?
Not at this time. Here's why:
Free calls sound helpful, but they often waste both our time. You don't know enough about your specific AI needs yet, and I can't give you meaningful advice in 15-30 minutes without understanding your business deeply.
Instead, I've designed my programmes to include everything you need – intake forms, pre-work, and strategic mapping – so we use our time together effectively.
